Frequently asked questions about our travel guides

Are the travel guides written for UK travellers?

Yes. All Flight Tribe guides are written specifically for UK travellers. Prices are in pounds sterling, flights are referenced from UK airports, and practical advice — including visa requirements, travel insurance, and ATOL protection — is framed around what you actually need to know as a British visitor. We don’t recycle US-centric content.

How often are the guides updated?

We review and update guides regularly, particularly when costs, entry requirements, or local conditions change significantly. Each guide shows the date it was last reviewed. If you spot something that looks out of date, let us know — accuracy matters more to us than volume.

Do the guides include real prices, or just general advice?

Both. Where we give prices, they’re based on research at the time of writing — accommodation nightly rates, typical meal costs, transport fares, and entry fees. We give ranges rather than single figures where prices vary by season or booking time, so you can build a realistic budget before you go.

Can I find deals for the destinations covered in the guides?

Yes. Each destination guide links to the relevant Flight Tribe deals page, where we publish live flight, hotel, and holiday deals as they appear. The guides tell you when to go and what to budget; the deals pages help you act on it. Check both when you’re planning a trip.

Which destinations do you cover?

We focus primarily on European destinations popular with UK travellers — city breaks, beach destinations, and emerging value picks — alongside a selection of long-haul destinations. The list grows regularly. If there’s a destination you’d like us to cover, use the contact form and we’ll add it to the schedule.
