A Majorca beach break at £234pp is already good for early June. TUI showing the same TUI BLUE Alcudia Pins package reduced from £712pp makes it much more interesting.
We found the price on TUI’s last-minute holidays page, checked on 1 June. It covers three nights at TUI BLUE Alcudia Pins in Playa de Muro, departing London Gatwick on Tuesday 9 June. The board basis is self-catering, so this is a cheap sunshine break rather than a fully catered escape.
The £478pp drop is doing the heavy lifting here. £234pp for flights and a named Majorca beach-resort stay can work nicely for a quick hit of sea, pool and warm evenings without turning into a big holiday spend.
The timing is the trade-off. This leaves very soon, so it suits people who can move quickly and do not need school-holiday dates. You’ll also need to budget for meals, because self-catering keeps the headline price low but does not cover food or drinks.
If those bits work for you, it is a strong late deal. Playa de Muro is one of Majorca’s easier beach choices, and this price gets you there for less than many UK weekend breaks.
