Flight Tribe publishes travel deals and travel advice for UK readers. This page explains how we find deals, how we check them, and how we make money. If anything here is unclear, contact us.
How we find deals
We track airline sales, package operators, hotel groups and flash-sale sites every day. We focus on offers that are genuinely good value for UK travellers departing from UK airports, not the first cheap-looking price we see. A deal only becomes a post when it clears a simple test: is it real, is it bookable now, and is it actually cheaper than the usual price?
How we check a deal before we publish
Every price is checked on the day we write the post. We follow the booking path ourselves to confirm the fare or package is live, note the departure airports and travel dates it applies to, and flag any conditions, such as limited availability or baggage sold separately. Deals move fast, so we date our posts and say plainly when an offer is time-limited. If a price has changed by the time you click through, that is the airline or operator changing it, not a bait price from us.
When deals change or expire
Travel prices change by the hour. We mark older deal posts when an offer has clearly ended, and we keep evergreen guides, such as airline baggage rules and best-time-to-book advice, updated rather than leaving stale figures in place. If you spot a price that no longer matches, tell us and we will check it.
How we make money
Flight Tribe earns commission through affiliate links. When you click a link to an airline, hotel or booking site and go on to book, we may receive a small payment. It costs you nothing extra, and it never changes the price you pay. We are not paid to feature a particular deal, and a commission arrangement does not buy a place on the site. We include offers because they are good for readers, not because of who pays the most.
Affiliate relationships do not influence our editorial judgement. We will say when a deal is weaker than it looks, and we leave out offers that are not worth your time, whether or not we could earn from them.
Corrections
We aim to be accurate, but we get things wrong sometimes. If you find a factual error, let us know and we will correct it quickly and openly. For the formal detail on commercial disclosures, see our terms and disclosures.
