Butlin’s is listing 110 family breaks at £99 or less, and the cheapest start at £39 for four nights. When we checked on 23 September, four-night Showtime Midweek breaks from 28 September were showing from £39 at all three resorts: Bognor Regis, Minehead and Skegness.
Butlin’s bases these prices on a party of four. The same £39 lead-in price was also showing for a four-night Spooktober Midweek break at Bognor Regis starting 5 October.
Butlin’s says the price includes your accommodation, Splash Waterworld, the fairground, its own shows and daytime activities. For a family that can travel in term time, that is a very low entry price for a UK seaside break with the entertainment built in.
The limit is timing. The cheapest dates are late-September and October midweek breaks, so they suit families with pre-school children or anyone free outside the school holidays. Food, travel to the resort and paid extras are not included, so price those before you book. Butlin’s is also advertising up to 40% off dining plans if you want to fix food costs in advance.
How to book
Go to the Butlin’s breaks under £99 page and use the resort, month and nights filters to narrow the list. Prices change as availability moves, so check the final total for your party before paying. Deposits start from £1pp.
