Wowcher’s Berlin Christmas market break starts at £99 per person, down from £160, with return flights from eight UK airports and a room-only stay at the Premier Inn Berlin Alexanderplatz.
The hotel is a five-minute walk from the Alexanderplatz Christmas market and 2km from Gendarmenmarkt. Flights leave from London Gatwick, Stansted, Luton, Southend and City, plus Manchester, Edinburgh and Bristol.

On Wowcher’s calendar on 29 October we didn’t find £99 on any date from 24 November to 6 December. The lowest was £119, on Monday 30 November. Tuesday 1 and Wednesday 2 December were £159, and Sunday 6 December was £159 too. Friday 27 November was the dearest at £259. Wowcher’s small print says local authorities can change or cancel market dates, in which case the trip goes ahead as a standard city break.
Is it good value?
Yes, if one of the cheaper dates works for you. £119 for flights and a central hotel is a fair price. The dearest date cost more than twice as much.
Breakfast isn’t included, so budget for it. Check the final total before you pay.
The verdict
Go on Monday 30 November if you can, because it was £40 cheaper than any other date. Avoid 25 to 28 November, when prices ran from £229 to £259.
