Premier Inn is running one of the better-value family stay promos we’ve seen for summer: book a Non-Flex room by 18 May and you’ll get free unlimited breakfast for two adults on stays from 29 May to 27 August.
The nice bit for families is that it stacks with the usual “kids eat free” breakfast rule. Premier Inn says up to two children under 16 can also eat breakfast for free with this promo, so it can turn a cheap one-night stop into a genuinely good-value mini break.

Why it’s a deal
This is one of those offers where the “freebie” is a meaningful part of the bill. If you were going to pay for breakfast anyway, getting two adult unlimited breakfasts included can shift the maths, especially on family room nights that are already coming in cheap. The example pricing we’ve seen quoted is family rooms from around £45 or less for one night in some locations, with the very cheapest rooms sometimes closer to £35 midweek.
Just don’t kid yourself on the catch: it’s Non-Flex. That means you pay up front and you can’t cancel or get a refund once you’ve booked. If your dates are even slightly uncertain, this is one to skip.
