Virgin Atlantic has return flights from London Heathrow to Toronto from £442 in Economy, for a short trip on 22 to 25 January 2027. It is the only Canadian route on the airline’s last-minute deals page today.
The US is better served. Heathrow returns to Atlanta start at £443, Miami at £448, Orlando at £452 and Los Angeles at £465. Miami and Los Angeles come with wide date ranges, Miami from 8 November to 30 April and Los Angeles from 6 December to 17 February, so they suit anyone who can’t pin down a travel week.
These are per-person Economy fares, round trip. Check which fare bundle you are buying, including what baggage it covers, before you pay.

How Kate works
Kate checks the details that can change the value of a trip, including cabin-bag rules, airline fees, hotel location, seasonality, travel dates and booking conditions. She is especially interested in offers that look useful on the surface but need a proper reader-first check before they are worth recommending.
Editorial standards
Flight Tribe covers deals and travel advice for readers first. Affiliate links do not decide whether an offer is worth writing about.
