Published 3 September 2026 | Updated 3 September 2026 by Kate Acaster

easyJet’s Big Orange Sale has flights from £16.99 and up to £400 off holidays. The airline has put discounted fares across a dozen UK airports, from Edinburgh to London, so this is a national sale rather than one lucky route.

easyJet’s homepage had London Southend to Barcelona from £16.99, Bristol to Malaga from £18.99 and Manchester to Malaga from £20.49, all one way including taxes, for travel between 14 September 2026 and 18 March 2027. The single cheapest fare in the sale is actually Edinburgh to Belfast at £14.99, though it will suit a narrower kind of traveller. The wider value sits in the routes above. easyJet holidays are discounted by up to £400 for holidays departing through March 2028.

The holiday discount uses code HOLIDAYSALE: £50 off £500, £100 off £800, £200 off £2,000 and £400 off £4,000. It’s a genuine package discount rather than a token code bolted onto a flights headline, so it’s worth checking whether you have a city break, winter sun trip or a full package holiday in mind.

This edition leans towards winter. easyJet says it has added 35 new winter routes as part of the sale, out of 780,000 seats released across 139 destinations. That’s a different shape to the airline’s summer sales, which tend to concentrate on beach routes to Spain, Portugal and Greece. If you’re after a city break or winter sun rather than a specific July week, this sale is the more likely one to have your route in it.

The sale announcement says to book by 15 September. If you’re flexible, start with the routes above, then try nearby dates, since the cheap seats will not be everywhere. Sale fares are usually non-flexible, so check your dates before paying, and the best ones tend to go within the first day or two.

Is it worth booking?

Yes, if your dates are flexible and you’re after a city break or winter sun rather than a fixed summer week. The spread across a dozen airports is genuinely useful, and the tiered holiday code is worth having on a package over £2,000, where £200 to £400 off is a real reduction. It’s less compelling if your holiday spend sits under £500, where £50 off is a fairly modest cut, or if you already have a fixed date outside the 14 September to 18 March 2027 window. In that case, our guide to when easyJet has its next Big Orange Sale has the pattern for when the next edition usually lands.

How to book
