Hilton Honors members can get up to 17% off Hilton’s best available rate by booking at least seven days ahead. Hilton lists it on its offers page as the Honors Discount Advance Purchase.
Caveat: you pay the full price when you book, and Hilton does not refund or change these bookings. The discount only applies to Hilton Honors members (free to join), to direct bookings, and to up to two rooms per member. Savings vary by hotel, and each hotel can add length-of-stay rules, day-of-week limits and blackout dates.
Verdict: worth using if your dates are fixed and you were going to book Hilton anyway. If your plans might move, the flexible rate costs more but lets you change them. Compare the advance purchase price against the flexible rate for the same dates before you pay.
