Eurostar sale: 25% off, from £29 each way

Published 4 November 2026 | Updated 4 November 2026 by Kate Acaster

The Eurostar sale takes 25% off adult tickets from London to Paris, Brussels, Lille, Amsterdam and Rotterdam, which brings the cheapest Standard seats down to £29 each way. That’s £10 under the usual £39 starting fare, and below the £35 its flash sales started at earlier this year. It ends at 22:59 on Monday 9 November 2026 and covers travel from 23 November 2026 to 17 March 2027.

There’s no promo code. Eurostar applies the discount to eligible seats in Standard and Plus when you search, and it doesn’t cover Premier or child, youth and senior tickets.

What’s in the Eurostar sale

The sale covers all five routes from London St Pancras, with the same excluded dates on each. The £29 is 25% off Eurostar’s usual lowest Standard fare of £39 one way, which Eurostar bases on buying a return.

Adult Standard fares, one way, per person, based on a return booking · usual fares from Eurostar’s fares page, sale terms from Eurostar’s sale page · Eurostar’s fare calendar confirms £29 on London to Paris, and the other routes are 25% off the same £39 · availability is limited

On Eurostar’s London to Paris fare calendar, outbound seats are £29 on 11, 12, 13, 18, 19, 20, 21, 23, 26, 27 and 30 January, and £33 on 2 and 8 December. If both legs hit the lowest fare, a return costs £58. The same 25% also comes off the train tickets in a Eurostar Train + Hotel package, but not off the hotel.

Is the Eurostar sale good value?

Yes, if your dates avoid the excluded days. £29 each way takes you from central London to the centre of Paris, Brussels, Lille, Amsterdam or Rotterdam with no airport transfer, and two bags are included in the fare. The saving is £10 a ticket on the cheapest seats, or £20 on a return, because Eurostar’s cheapest Standard fare was already £39. The 25% applies to whatever fare you’d otherwise pay.

What’s the catch?

  • Eurostar excludes 27 to 29 November, 5 and 6 December, 19, 20, 22 and 23 December, 26 to 28 December, 2 and 3 January, and 12, 13 and 21 February, on all five routes.
  • Christmas week is dear even where the sale applies. London to Paris costs £97 to £150 a day between 19 and 30 December, and £110 on Saturday 5 December, which is excluded.
  • Engineering work stops some trains: Amsterdam on 6 to 8 February, and Rotterdam on 28 and 29 November and 5 and 6 December. Eurostar says those dates can change at short notice.
  • Standard and Plus tickets can be changed up to an hour before departure with no fee, but you pay any fare difference. They’re refundable seven or more days before departure for £25 per person for each leg.

Journey times range from 1 hour 22 minutes (Lille) to just under four hours (Amsterdam).

“Most of the £29 days in Eurostar’s January calendar fall between Monday and Wednesday, but London to Paris is also £29 on Saturday 23 and Saturday 30 January. The first weekend in December is £110 on the Saturday and £130 on the Sunday, and both days sit outside the sale. If you want a Paris weekend, those two January Saturdays are the outbound dates I’d book, but check the Sunday return price first.”

The verdict

Book it if you can travel on a Tuesday to Thursday in January or early December. Eurostar’s London to Paris calendar shows £29 to £36 outbound on those January days, and £33 to £41 on the same days in early December. Leave it if you’re planning a Christmas market weekend, because 27 to 29 November, 5 and 6 December and 19 and 20 December are all excluded.
