That is a cleaner public discount than Eurostar usually gives. Most of the time you are hunting scattered low fares and hoping your dates line up. This one is simpler, and it covers proper summer travel rather than a random off-peak pocket.
The useful catch is timing. You need to book tonight, adult tickets only are included, and a run of late-June and July peak dates is excluded across the main routes. Amsterdam and Rotterdam also have a few extra engineering-work blackout dates, so check your exact dates before you pay.
