Village Hotels has a better three-night offer than it first looks. Its late-availability stays start at £65 a night. At the cheapest Summer Edit hotels, the £50 Pub & Grill credit brings the stay down to about £61 a night for two, and breakfast is included too.
That is a neat UK break if you can use all three nights. You get the room, breakfast each morning, and a credit to take the sting out of one meal, without paying more than the brand’s cheaper-looking late-stay rate.
We checked the live offer on 1 July. The £234 lead-in examples included Reading, Basingstoke, Birmingham Dudley, Manchester Hyde, Swindon, Bracknell, Farnborough and Newcastle. Higher-priced hotels are still on the page, so check your preferred location before you get attached to the headline price.
The only real note is flexibility. This is prepaid and non-refundable, so it is for fixed plans, not a maybe-weekend.
How to book
Open the Village Hotels Summer Edit page, choose your preferred hotel, then check the final rate before paying.
