Riu all-inclusive weeks in Cape Verde have dropped well below TUI’s own prices. Weeks that TUI lists at a was-price of £1,293 to £1,462pp have dropped to between £691 and £954pp. The cheapest is the Riu Touareg on Boa Vista, rated five T by TUI, down from £1,462 to £691pp, a saving of £771.
These were TUI’s own was-and-now prices, live on tui.co.uk on 19 October 2026, for seven nights all-inclusive with flights and transfers. There were 29 discounted Cape Verde holidays on the page. The Touareg price is for a 28 October departure from East Midlands. The Funana and Palace Santa Maria prices are for 1 December from Birmingham. Full mandatory fees and taxes are already included in the headline price shown by TUI. Some listings also show code SAVE100 or WINTERDEAL for an extra £100 off, and the prices here do not include it.
What’s on offer
Every price here is for seven nights, all-inclusive, with flights and transfers in the package. The deals split across Sal and the quieter island of Boa Vista:
- Seven nights all-inclusive from £691pp, flights and transfers included
- A choice of Sal, busier with more resorts, or Boa Vista, quieter with bigger beaches
- Incl. mandatory fees and taxes, already shown in the headline price
| Riu hotel | TUI price was | Now from |

| Riu Touareg, Boa Vista (5T) | £1,462pp | £691pp £771 off |
| Riu Funana, Sal (4T) | £1,293pp | £754pp £539 off |
| Riu Palace Santa Maria, Sal (5T) | £1,433pp | £954pp £479 off |
Prices vary by travel date, departure airport and party size, and TUI’s deal prices can change daily. Run your own dates before deciding.
Is this genuinely good value?
Yes, if you want an all-inclusive week without doing the legwork. The £771pp cut on the Riu Touareg is measured against TUI’s own was-price.
It’s worth comparing against booking flights and a hotel separately, since an independent trip can sometimes come in cheaper, though you lose the transfer and the single-booking ATOL cover a package gives you. For that side of it, see our easyJet Cape Verde holidays piece for current flight-only fares.
The verdict
If an everything-included week is the goal, the discounted Riu hotels are the pick. The Riu Touareg on Boa Vista is the cheapest. The Riu Funana in Sal, rated four T by TUI, costs £63pp more.
The deals shift with the date and departure airport, so check your exact dates before booking. These are deal prices, so they can come and go.
How to book
A few tips before you search. Tap Check availability to go straight there.
- Filter by departure airport. The lead prices sit on specific airports and dates, so a different airport can change the price.
- Check the board basis shows All Inclusive at checkout, not half board.
- Compare Sal and Boa Vista. Sal has more resorts and shorter transfers, Boa Vista is quieter.

Sal and Boa Vista: what to know
Sal is the flat, sandy island most TUI flights land on, with Santa Maria as its main resort strip and the airport a short transfer away. Boa Vista is quieter, with huge open beaches and fewer hotels. Both sit about six hours from the UK with only a one-hour time difference, so there’s no jet lag to sleep off.

Both islands are built around long, open beaches and warm, clear water. Boat trips regularly spot turtles and dolphins, and from June to October loggerhead turtles come ashore on Boa Vista and Sal to nest, one of the largest nesting sites in the world.
Before you book, it’s worth checking the TUI baggage allowance so you don’t pay for hold luggage twice.
